Hey loves! In this episode, I stop by one of the most famous soul food spots in NYC, Charles Pan-Fried Chicken on 154th in Harlem! They literally saw me in front of the building, and next thing you know I’m cooking in the kitchen and trying some of their most famous dishes- Fried chicken extra saucy, mac & cheese, greens, extra moist, tender BBQ + more! They have the best hot sauce I’ve ever had!!! Loved their take on NY cheesecake too, never had anything quite like it! ❤️
