We put two very different slot strategies to the test: the $20 Slot Method vs the Hit & Run Method. We started with the same total bankroll, played the same types of slot machines, and kept our bet sizes in the same range, but the rules for when to stop were completely different. One method was all about structure and knowing when to walk. The other was built around hitting something fast and getting out.
This wasn’t about proving a “secret” to beat slot machines. We wanted to see which approach would hold up better in a real session, with real gameplay, real decisions, and no shortcuts. By the end, one method came out on top and crushed it.
We know slot machines are always random, and the casino always has the edge. But after years of playing, we’ve learned that the way you approach a session can still affect what you walk away with.
