Join me on a Bellagio Las Vegas Walk on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bellagio Hotel & Casino was built at a cost of $1.6 billion and opened on October 15, 1998. The resort is based on the village of Bellagio on the shore of Lake Como in Northern Italy. The resort’s main attraction is the Fountains of Bellagio, a water fountain that dance to the sound of music. Other attractions inside the resort a structure glass Fiori di Como by Dale Chihuly, a conservatory and botanical garden. It is home the to theatre performance of O, water-based show by Cirque du Soleil. The resort has an abundant amount of high end shops and restaurants. Some notable restaurants are Michael Mina Restaurant, The Mayfair Supper Club, Jasmine, Prime Steakhouse, Spago, The Buffet at Bellagio, Lago, and Le Cirque. A new restaurant, Carbone Riviera, an Italian seafood restaurant open on November 7, 2025. It occupied the former Picasso space next to Prime Steakhouse.Currently, the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is displaying the Holiday theme "All Aboard for Holiday Bells and Whistles" until January 3, 2026. Deconstruction of the F1 Las Vegas grandstands along the Bellagio sidewalk is still ongoing. The sidewalk along the Fountains of Bellagio will remain close until after Christmas.
