Join me on a Friday night walk of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas opened on December 2010 with a cost of $3.9 billion. It was the most expensive casino resort built in Las Vegas when it opened. The Cosmopolitan is located on Las Vegas Boulevard just south of the Bellagio Las Vegas and across from the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. The Cosmopolitan has two towers with a total of 3,033 rooms. It is home to restaurants like Superfrico Las Vegas, China Poblano, Momofuku, Jaleo, LPM Restaurant & Bar, Momofuku, e by Jose Andres, STK Steakhouse, and the Wicked Spoon Buffet. The Cosmopolitan also features the Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub. The Cosmopolitan connects to Vdara/Aria and Bellagio Las Vegas via an indoor walkway on the 2nd floor between the Wicked Spoon Buffet and Superfrico. Amaya Modern Mexican opened last year occupying the former Holstein’s location. Amaya is a coastal Mexican restaurant with Tulum vibes that includes the culture and food.
