Luxor Las Vegas opened on October 1993 on the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip as an ancient Egyptian themed resort. Luxor has 4,497 hotel rooms and features a 30 story pyramid that is the 4th tallest in the world. On top of the pyramid is one of the brightest light beam in the world. Luxor is located on the Las Vegas Strip between Mandalay Bay and the Excalibur Las Vegas. Luxor Las Vegas is home to shows like Carrot Top, Fantasy, and Blue Man Group. It features attractions like BODIES | The Exhibition, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, and Discovering King Tut’s Tomb. Play Playground opened in January 2024 next to the Atrium Showroom. Play is an immersive playground with over 20 attractions for adults 21 and over only. America’s Got Talent show permanently closed on May 11, 2024. Particle Ink recently closed on October 28, 2024 after just 6 months of operation.
